Oral Strips Manufacturing FAQ
Straight answers to common B2B questions about ready stock, custom oral-strip projects, MOQ, samples, lead time, packaging and documentation.
01What is the MOQ for ready-stock oral strips?
Selected ready-stock products can start from 100 boxes, subject to current stock, pack configuration and destination-market review.
02What is the MOQ for a custom oral-strip formula?
A typical custom MOQ is 50,000 strips per flavor or SKU. Formula complexity, ingredient sourcing and packaging can change the minimum.
03Can I use my own logo and packaging?
Yes. Private-label projects can discuss individual sachet artwork plus paper box, metal tin or stand-up pouch outer packaging.
04Can you develop a new formula?
Yes. We can review ingredient direction, target serving, taste, film properties and target-market requirements before sampling.
05Can you make other supplement dosage forms?
Yes. The broader manufacturing range includes capsules, tablets, gummies, powders, oral liquids, jelly and softgels.
06Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. A standard custom sample reference is USD 80 for 30 strips, with a typical lead time of about 10 days after requirements are confirmed.
07How long does bulk production take?
A typical bulk project takes about 25–30 days after formula, artwork and commercial specifications are approved. Complex testing, packaging or sourcing can extend the schedule.
08What documents can you provide?
Depending on the project, documents may include COA, finished-product specification, microbiology or heavy-metal testing, allergen or stability information, and applicable factory-system documents.
09What shelf life can oral strips have?
A common commercial target is 24 months when the formula and barrier packaging support it. Final shelf life should be confirmed for the actual product and stability evidence.
10Do you support international private-label projects?
Yes. We support B2B export projects. Ingredient limits, labeling, claims and registration requirements are reviewed against the destination market before the final commercial specification.
